All orders will be shipped within 1-3 business days. Please allow up to 14 business days for your package to arrive.

We can ship to almost any address in the world. Your shipping total will be calculated based on the weight and destination. Ventray Home is not responsible for any international customs duty fees, taxes or brokerage fees. These fees are additional to and not included in the cost of shipping.

Standard international shipping can take up to 14 business days. Please understand we are working very hard to make it arrive as early as possible.

Expedited shipping is available on selected products and addresses. Wherever available, an option will be displayed at check out.

Return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. Please choose a reliable shipping service, we are not responsible for items until they are received.

Holiday Season Shipping Delay

Both Ventray Home and the courier companies handle large amount of orders during holiday seasons. Please keep in mind that all shipping services can be delayed during the busy season. Please order in advance to have your order delivered on time. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee delivery time during such periods.

If you are not 100% satisfied with your order for any reason, please email or fill the form on the contact us page within 15 days of delivery. We are here to help you resolve the issues right away.

All returns must be authorized by one of our customer service representatives before shipping your item back. 

To be eligible for a return and refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must be in the original packaging.


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and process the refund accordingly. If your refund is approved, it will be processed, and credit will be applied to the original method of payment within 10 business days.

We want you to love our pretty goods are much as we do. We will replace items if they are defective or damaged. Please understand all of our toppers and most of our party décor are hand-made with love, they are not made to perfection.
